Det finns möjlighet att ta del av minnen som besökarna på Malongen fått tillbaka, inspelade på video.

Glömda minnens bibliotek är ett arkiv över alla händelser och känslor som människor genom historien har glömt bort. När en människa glömmer något transporteras det isolerade minnet automatiskt till biblioteket som bildar en oändligt stor labyrint av välfyllda hyllor och lådor. Biblioteket finns överallt och samtidigt ingenstans.
Glömda minnens biblioteksfilialer har poppat upp på olika ställen sedan 2018. I oktober 2022 finns en filial på Malongen. Hit har besökare kommit och fått tillgång till sina glömda minnen. De har fått ett minne uppläst för sig av bibliotekarien och sedan återberättat det framför en videokamera. Besökarna har också funderat på varför de fick just det minnet tillbaka och hur det eventuellt kommer att påverka dem i framtiden.

Warm welcome to join us and the library Saturday 5 November 5 pm - 9 pm at Malongen, Nytorget 15A.
At 6 pm, Marit and Lena will have a conversation about their engagement with the Library of Forgotten Memories.
Videos with visitors presenting their returned memories will be shown during the evening.
Feel free to come by, we offer something light to eat.
The Library of Forgotten Memories is an archive of all the memories and feelings that people have forgotten throughout history. When someone forgets something, the memory is automatically transported to the library, which forms an endless labyrinth of well-stocked shelves and drawers. The library exists everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
The Library of Forgotten Memories branches have popped up in various places since 2018. In October 2022 there is a branch at Malongen. Visitors have come here and accessed their forgotten memories. The librarian finds their forgotten memory, reads it to them, and they then re-tell the memory in front of a camera. The visitors have been asked to think about why they got that particular memory back and how it will possibly affect them in the future.
